Eligibility

Eligibility criteria to join Pak Army as a Soldier in 2025:

• Nationality: Pakistani Citizen Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan domicile holders
• Age Limit: 17½ – 23 years (1 year relaxation for graduates, 2 year relaxation for drivers and sanitary workers up 35 years)
• Height:
  • Junior Commissioned Officer (Naib Khateeb): 5’3″ (160 cm)
  • Soldier General Duty/Driver/Technical: 5’6″ (167.5 cm)
  • Clerk/Cook/Sanitary Worker: 5’3″ (160 cm)
  • Military Police: 5’8″ (173 cm)
• Educational Qualification:
  • Junior Commissioned Officer (Naib Khateeb): FA/FSc or equivalent, Dars-e-Nizami
  • Soldier/Military Police/Driver: Matric or above
  • Soldier Technical: Matric (Science)
  • Clerk: Intermediate with computer diploma
  • Cook: Middle or above
  • Sanitary Worker: Primary pass
• Experience: 0–1 year (preferred but not required)
• Sex: Male candidates only
• Required Skill: Physically fit, basic computer skills (Clerk)

How to Apply

Here is how you can join the Pak Army as Soldier in 2025:

1. Online registration: Log on to www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk and fill out the online registration from September 1, 2025 to November 23, 2025.
2. In-person: Appear at your nearest Army Selection and Recruitment Centre (Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, etc.) and submit your documents including:
   • Original educational certificates (Matric, Intermediate, etc.)
   • Original NIC or B-Form
   • Attested copy of father’s NIC
   • Original domicile certificate
   • Four passport size photographs (With attestation from govt. officer)
   Also, submit these documents in duplicate with attested photocopies.

Test centres: You will appear in the test at the recruitment centre you selected.
